新安医学理论传承与创新视域下李艳主任治脾经验探析

Abstract: Xin’an Medicine originated during the Jin and Tang dynasties, evolved through the Song and Yuan dynasties, flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and continues to thrive today with profound influence. In the ancient Huizhou region, Xin’an physicians were deeply shaped by the unique geographical environment, climatic conditions, and local dietary habits. Gradually, they developed a distinctive medical system with exceptional characteristics and methodologies for treating spleen disorders.As an eminent medical expert at the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yijishan Hospital (The First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College), Director Li Yan has focused on inheriting and advancing Xin’an Medicine. She particularly emphasizes integrating the academic philosophy of Master Li Jiren—a National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, representative inheritor of the nationallevel intangible cultural heritage “Zhang Yitie Internal Medicine,” and a renowned Xin’an physician. Building on Li’s core principle of “balancing cold-heat and reinforcing primordial Qi to cultivate the spleen,” she innovatively established six therapeutic methods: “tonifying, warming, elevating, transporting, awakening, and drying” which include reinforcing healthy Qi, warming spleen Yang, lifting clear Yang, transforming dampness, awakening the spleen to resolve turbidity, drying the spleen to eliminate dampness. This framework not only exemplifies the uniqueness of Xin’an Medicine but also demonstrates innovation and development in traditional theory. It provides novel clinical strategies for treating spleen disorders, holding significant value for further research and application.
