祛瘀消肿汤联合常规抗凝对股骨粗隆间骨折患者的影响

Abstract: Objective Explore the combination of Quyu Xiaozhong Decoction and conventional anticoagulant therapy on the rate of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower extremities and sleep quality in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur. Methods A total of 84 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur who visited our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected. According to the computer grouping method, they were divided into a control group of 42 cases who were given conventional anticoagulation therapy, and an observation group of 42 cases who were treated with Quyu Xiaozhong Decoction in addition to the control group. The clinical efficacy, hemorheological indicators, sleep quality and the incidence of DVT in the two groups of patients were observed. Results The observation group demonstrated a significantly higher overall efficacy rate in compared to that of the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group exhibited significantly lower levels of plasma viscosity (PV) and high/low shear viscosity of whole blood (HBV, LBV) compared to the control group following treatment (P＜0.05). The scores of each dimension and the total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), a significant reduction was observed in the aforementioned measurements for the observation group relative to the control values after the intervention (P＜0.05). The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Quyu Xiaozhong Decoction and conventional anticoagulation therapy in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur can significantly improved the clinical efficacy, enhanced hemorheological indicators, promoted sleep quality, and effectively reduced the incidence of DVT.
