奥赛利定联合右美托咪定对鼻内镜手术患者中的影响分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of oliceridine combined with dexmedetomidine on restlessness in patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery and early postoperative analgesia. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were selected, all of whom were admitted in the hospital from May 2023 to May 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction, and the observation group received additional oliceridine. The changes of vital signs, analgesic effect, stress response, restlessness and adverse reactions during awakening were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) at 12 hours postoperatively in the observation group operation were lower than those in the control group, there is a significant statistical difference (P＜0.05). The pain scores of the observation group at 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group. There is a significant statistical difference (P＜0.05). The levels of cortisol (COR), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), and norepinephrine (NE) in the observation group after surgery were lower than those in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The incidence of agitation during the recovery period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of oliceridine and dexmedetomidine can improve the postoperative analgesia effect of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery, and reduce the risk of restlessness during recovery, which is safe and reliable.
