不同剂量激素治疗嗜酸性慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果观察

Abstract: Objective To analyse the therapeutic effects of different doses of glucocorticoids in patients with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods Eighty patients with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis who visited our hospital from January 2023 to April 2025 were selected. All patients underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery and postoperatively received glucocorticoid treatment. Using a random number table method, the 80 patients were divided into two groups: the control group (40 cases, low-dose glucocorticoid) and the study group (40 cases, high dose glucocorticoid). Inflammatory markers, symptom scores, endoscopic scores, clinical efficacy and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in inflammatory markers such as interleukin-5, Likert symptom scores or endoscopic scores between the two groups (P＞0.05), after treatment, serum interleukin-5 and eotaxin-3 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), symptom scores (nasal congestion, rhinorrhoea, hyposmia, headache) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), endoscopic scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), the overall effective treatment rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion High-dose glucocorticoid treatment is effective for patients with eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and is suitable for wider application.
