角膜屈光手术对屈光不正患者双眼视功能、屈光度的影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of corneal refractive surgery in treating patients with refractive errors, as well as its impacts on their binocular visual function indexes, corrected visual acuity, and refraction. Methods An analysis was performed on 138 patients who underwent corneal refractive surgery in our hospital from November 2023 to November 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (72 cases) treated with femtosecond-assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK), and Group B (66 cases) treated with femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE). The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), binocular visual function indexes, changes in corrected visual acuity and refraction, and tear film stability. Results Compared with preoperative data, both groups showed a significant improvement in BCVA after surgery, but there was no significant difference in BCVA between the two groups at 3 months postoperatively (P＞0.05). More patients in Group B achieved improvement in simultaneous visual function (P＜0.05). Both groups exhibited significant improvement in refraction compared with preoperation (P＜0.05). Postoperatively, Group A had lower tear film breakup time and Schirmer’s test values than Group B, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Both corneal refractive surgeries show significant therapeutic effects in patients with refractive errors. In addition, SMILE achieves better outcomes in improving postoperative corrected visual acuity and reconstructing simultaneous visual function.
