热电低中频磁脉冲治疗仪对冠心病患者心绞痛及心肌缺血症状的改善效果

Abstract: Objective To explore the improvement effect of the Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus on angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 coronary heart disease patients were selected from April 2025 to October 2025. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets. The observation group received treatment with the Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus on the basis of conventional treatment. The improvement of angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia symptoms before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events in both groups was recorded. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly lower frequencies of angina pectoris attacks and myocardial ischemia attacks (P＜0.05), significantly shorter duration of angina pectoris attacks (P＜0.05), and a significant decrease in the pain intensity score during myocardial ischemia attacks (P＜0.05). In addition, the cardiac function indicators [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), heart rate (HR), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD)] in the observation group improved significantly (P＜0.05), and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events decreased significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion The Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus can significantly improve angina pectoris symptoms and cardiac function in coronary heart disease patients, and effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events after discharge.
