穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床价值研究

Abstract: Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the perforator flap reconstruction technique on hand soft tissue defects caused by hand trauma and impact on the prognosis. Methods Patients with soft tissue defects caused by hand trauma collected from May 2022 to August 2025 were selected as research cases. Fifty cases were divided into a control group and a study group by digital randomization, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received traditional flap treatment, while the study group was treated with perforator flap repair technique. The differences in the values of the same indicators among each group were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate of flap repair in the study group was high (P＜0.05). In addition, the inflammatory level in the study group decreased, which was different from that in the control group (P＜0.05). Meanwhile, the wound healing time of the research group was fast, and the duration of antibiotic use and hospital stay was short. Compared with the results significant differences (P＜0.05); After treatment, the hand function of the research group improved and the total incidence of complications was low (P＜0.05). Conclusion The perforator flap repair technique has a significant effect in patients with soft tissue defects caused by hand trauma. It can reduce risk of complications, alleviate inflammation and accelerate the recovery process.
