替米沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压探讨

Abstract: Objective This study aims to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of telmisartan-hydrochlorothiazide compound preparation, telmisartan, and amlodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension (EHT), analyze their impact on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their safety. Methods A total of 210 patients with grade 2 hypertension [systolic blood pressure (160～179) mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (100～109) mmHg] admitted from August 2023 to July 2024 were selected, including 30 patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes. A stratified random sampling method was used to ensure that each group contained exactly 10 patients with hypertension and diabetes. Patients in the observation group were treated with telmisartan-hydrochlorothiazide tablets, patients in control group A with telmisartan tablets, and patients in control group B with amlodipine besylate tablets. The clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared among the three groups after 12 weeks of treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group A and control group B. Among the 30 cases with concurrent diabetes, there were 0 cases with significant fluctuations in blood glucose during treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of grade 2 essential hypertension (including some patients with type 2 diabetes), the antihypertensive efficiency and symptom improvement rate of telmisartan-hydrochlorothiazide compound preparation are significantly better than those of telmisartan tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets.
