艾滋病患者医院感染多重耐药菌控制及实施效果评价

Abstract: Objective To investigate the control and implementation effectiveness of multidrug-resistant bacterial (MDRO) infections in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients. Methods A total of 62 AIDS patients treated at the infectious diseases department of our hospital between January 2022 and June 2025 were selected. Using a randomized digital table method, they were divided into two groups: the control group (31 cases) and the observation group (31 cases). The control group was given routine management, while a argeted MDRO control strategy was additionally implemented in the observation group to compare the management effects between the two groups. Results The detection rate of MDRO in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Both the length of hospital stay and antibiotic usage days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The qualified rate of infection control measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05), and nursing satisfaction levels were also significantly better in the observation group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementing targeted MDRO control strategies in AIDS patient hospital infection management can effectively reduce MDRO detection rates, shorten hospital stays and antibiotic usage days, while improving the qualified rate of infection control measures and nursing satisfaction.
