抗结核板式药物治疗肺结核的效果及不良反应情况探讨

Abstract: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anti-tuberculosis tablet-based medication during the treatment of tuberculosis. Methods 500 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, the control group (n＝250) received standardized anti tuberculosis treatment regimen, while the observation group (n＝250) received anti tuberculosis tablet-based medication treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group reached 96.00%, significantly higher than the control group’s 91.20% (P＜0.05). The evaluation of treatment compliance showed that the compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher after taking medication (P＜0.05). However, in terms of key indicators such as sputum conversion to negative, absorption of imaging lesions, and closure of cavities, the observation group showed a higher degree of improvement than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the clinical drug treatment of tuberculosis, the application of anti tuberculosis tablet-based medication has shown good therapeutic effects. It has clear advantages in improving treatment compliance and simplifying drug use schemes, which is helpful to optimize treatment management and improve patient prognosis.
