潍坊市 120 救护车工作人员睡眠状况调查及其影响因素分析

Abstract: Objective To investigate the sleep status of 120 ambulance medical personnel in Weifang City and explore its influencing factors. Methods A census survey was conducted using a questionnaire to assess the sleep quality of 120 ambulance medical personnel in emergency departments of countylevel and above medical institutions in Weifang City. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders among 120 ambulance personnel. Results The incidence of sleep disorders among 120 ambulance staff in Weifang City was 56.18%. Gender, education level, professional title, marital status, childbearing status, years of emergency work experience, occupation, frequency of night shifts, self-rated health status, physical exercise, perceived stress levels, and monthly household income per capita (P＜0.05) were identified as influencing factors of sleep quality among 120 ambulance staff in WeifangCity. Conclusion The incidence of sleep disorders among 120 ambulance medical personnel in Weifang City is relatively high. Measures should be taken to address the influencing factors, thereby improving sleep quality and ensuring medical service quality.
