医务人员手卫生知识掌握程度与院感防控实践的关联性分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between medical staff’s mastery of hand hygiene knowledge and hospital infection prevention and control practices, and provide a basis for optimizing hospital infection management. Methods 80 medical staff on duty in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and surveyed using a hand hygiene knowledge questionnaire and a prevention and control practice observation form to evaluate their knowledge mastery, practical operation qualification rate, hand hygiene compliance and hospital infection incidence rate. Results The level of mastery of hand hygiene knowledge was significantly correlated with the qualification rate, compliance, and incidence of hospital infection (P＜0.05). The group with high knowledge level performed better in prevention and control practice than the group with low knowledge level (P＜0.05). Conclusion The level of hand hygiene knowledge among medical staff is closely related to the practice of hospital infection prevention and control. Improving the level of hand hygiene knowledge among medical staff can effectively enhance the effectiveness of hospital infection prevention and control, reduce the incidence of hospital infections, and strengthen hand hygiene knowledge training to optimize hospital infection management.
