热电低中频磁脉冲治疗仪辅助治疗原发性高血压的临床效果观察

Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of the Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus in the clinical adjuvant treatment of patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 140 patients with essential hypertension were selected from April 2025 to May 2025. They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. Each group was further divided into 3 subgroups (Grade I, Grade II, and Grade III) based on the patients’ condition. Patients with Grade I hypertension in the control group received a routine diet; patients with Grade II and Grade III hypertension in the control group received a routine diet combined with drug therapy. The observation group was treated with the Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus on the basis of the control group’s treatment. The blood pressure and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and clinical symptom scores among the subgroups of the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, compared with the subgroups of the control group, the SBP, DBP, and scores of clinical symptoms (such as dizziness, tinnitus, headache, and palpitations) in the subgroups of the observation group decreased significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of the Thermoelectric Low-Medium Frequency Magnetic Pulse Therapeutic Apparatus as an adjuvant treatment for essential hypertension can effectively reduce the patients’ blood pressure level and improve their clinical symptoms.
