酮替芬与左西替利嗪治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎的有效性及安全性评价

Abstract: Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ketotifen and levocetirizine in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis in our hospital from February 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into ketotifen group, levocetirizine group, and placebo group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The differences in therapeutic effects among the three regimens were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of various nasal symptoms were compared, and the levocetirizine group had the lowest score, followed by the ketotifen group, with the placebo group showing the smallest improvement (P＜0.05). After treatment, the improvement in various nasal physiological function related indicators was compared, and the levocetirizine group had the greatest improvement, followed by the ketotifen group and the placebo group, with significant differences among the three groups (P＜0.05). The total effective rates of the three groups were compared, and the levocetirizine group had the highest rate, followed by the ketotifen group, with the placebo group having the lowest total effective rate (P＜0.05). The serum IgE levels of patients in the levocetirizine group and ketotifen group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment, and the improvement in the levocetirizine group was greater. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was the highest in the ketotifen group. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis, levocetirizine has both efficacy and safety.
