健康教育对预防青少年性病艾滋病的影响

Abstract: At present, the situation of prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases among adolescents is grim, and the infection rates of sexually transmitted diseases and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) are on the rise. This phenomenon is closely related to the behavioral characteristics of adolescents in their sexually active period.This study focuses on the application of health education in the prevention and management of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and AIDS among adolescents, including infection status, implementation methods of health education,and changes in education on adolescents’ cognitive behavior. The study found that in the cognition of STDs and AIDS,there are widespread misconceptions among young people. Most of the groups lack basic protection knowledge and have weak safety awareness. In the process of targeted health education, they use various forms to explain the routes of diseasetransmission, preventive measures and their harmfulness. Practice has proven that through standardized health education,the awareness of disease knowledge among young people can be further improved, thereby correcting misconceptions,enhancing their understanding of prevention, and learning to actively adopt safe behaviors, in order to reduce the riskof infection. In view of this, it is particularly important to strengthen the development and implementation of the content of adolescent STDs and AIDS health education. During the current implementation period, relying on the physical and mental characteristics of adolescents, through diversified education forms, it can be clear that the education content is fully covered and easy to understand. At the same time, in terms of educational forms, emphasis is placed on sustainability and personalization,and differentiated programs are developed for different age groups, genders, and cognitive levels of adolescents to improve the timeliness of health education and strengthen the defense line for the healthy growth of adolescents.
