公共卫生管理在艾滋病防控中的策略与效果评估研究

Abstract: Objective To study the strategies and effects of public health management in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) prevention and control. Methods A total of 18 staff members participated in this research activity, and public health management began in January 2023, and the knowledge of AIDS prevention, the quality of prevention work, the level of professionalism, and the satisfaction of prevention and control management before and after 18 staff members were compared. Results After the implementation of the public health management program, the 18 staff members showed significant improvements in scores for AIDS prevention knowledge, prevention work quality, professional literacy, and satisfaction with prevention and control management (P＜0.05). Conclusion Public health management in the prevention and control of AIDS can improve the working ability and professionalism of Center for Disease Control and Prevention staff, and has positive significance for the development of AIDS prevention and control.
