慢性基础性疾病老年患者流感疫苗接种及时率的影响因素

Abstract: Objective To explore the influencing factors of the timely vaccination rate of influenza vaccine in elderly patients with chronic underlying diseases. Methods A total of 306 elderly patients with chronic underlying diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Basic information of all research subjects was collected, and the patients were divided into timely vaccination group (yes, n = 240)and delayed vaccination group (no, n = 66) according to the timely situation of influenza vaccination (whether the vaccination was recommended to be completed within 1 month according to the regulations). Statistical analysis (univariate analysis) was conducted on the clinical data of the research subjects. Indicators with statistically significant differences were assigned independent variables and subjected to multivariate Logistic regression analysis to screen for influencing factors.Results The results of the multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that age＜75 years , education level of high school or above, high awareness and trust in vaccines, high accessibility of medical services, multiple distribution of vaccination sites, and high convenience of vaccination services were the relevant factors affecting timely influenza vaccination in elderly patients with chronic underlying diseases (OR＞1, P＜0.05). Conclusion There are many related factors that affect the timely vaccination of influenza vaccine in elderly patients with chronic underlying diseases. Therefore, clinical practice should screen high-risk patients based on the above-mentioned related factors, and then take targeted intervention strategies in time to improve the timely vaccination rate.
