延续性健康指导对艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗服药依从性的影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of continuous health guidance during antiviral treatment for AIDS patients and analyze its impact on patients’ medication compliance. Methods Sixty AIDS patients from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the analysis samples, and all patients received antiviral treatment. Through a random number table, 60 cases were divided into 2 groups, with the group names being the control group and the study group. Conventional health guidance and continuous health guidance were implemented respectively above, with n = 30.The satisfaction,medication compliance, mastery of disease knowledge, CD4+T cells, and improvement of treatment behavior of the two groups were analyzed. Results Through the data comparison of medication compliance, it was shown that the study group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The statistical comparison of the mastery of disease knowledge indicated that the study group was higher (P＜0.05). The count of CD4+T cells in the study group after intervention was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The proportion of each index in the improvement of therapeutic behavior showed that the data of the study group was higher (P＜0.05). Patient satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous health guidance can significantly improve patients’ medication compliance, improve their treatment behaviors, enhance their mastery of disease knowledge, and enhance the immune function of the body. Each college can make use of it.
