红外线热成像研究穴位埋线对小儿脑瘫运动功能的影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of acupoint embedding on the motor function of children with cerebral palsy. Methods From September 2022 to August 2024, a clinical comparative study was conducted on 68 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital. The children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the experimental group received acupoint embedding at specific acupoints (including Pishu and Shenshu on the back, Zhibian and Huantiao on the buttocks, Jianyu and Shousanli on the arms, and Chengjin and Feiyang on the legs) in addition to the treatment of the control group. Before treatment and at the end of the 3-month treatment course, gross motor function assessment and infrared thermography were performed to record the differences in limb motor function of children with cerebral palsy before and after treatment, as well as the temperature changes at the same acupoints before and after treatment. Results The temperature and gross motor function classification system score (GMFCS) of bilateral Shenshu and Pishu points in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Fixed acupoint embedding has a good effect on the recovery of motor function in children with cerebral palsy and can be promoted in clinical practice.
