常规护理联合中药塌渍治疗及红外线照射防治肿瘤患者静脉炎的效果

Abstract: Objective This study aims to explore the efficacy and clinical significance of conventional nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Packing and infrared irradiation in preventing and treating phlebitis in cancer patients. Methods 86 cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (conventional nursing+Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Packing + infrared irradiation technology), with 43 patients in each group. Compare the incidence of phlebitis, severity grading of phlebitis, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between two groups before and after intervention. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). The severity grading of phlebitis in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the medical outcomes study 36-item short from health (SF-36) scores of various dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was much higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementing routine nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Packing and infrared irradiationwith chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis in tumor patients, alleviate the severity of phlebitis, significantly improve patients’ quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and have high clinical application value.
