补中益气丸对球部溃疡出血患者胃肠激素、免疫功能影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with esomeprazole quadruple therapy on gastrointestinal hormones, immune function and the radical cure rate of helicobacter pylori (Hp) in patients with hemorrhage of the duodenal bulb. Methods A total of 86 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer hemorrhage were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 43 cases each group. The control group received oral esomeprazole quadruple therapy, while the observation group was treated with oral Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with esomeprazole quadruple therapy. The treatment course was 4 weeks. To observe the changes of gastrointestinal hormones, immune function, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome Scores and the radical cure rate of Hp before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in various indicators between the two groups (P＞0.05). After the treatment, serum motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS), the scores of the main and secondary symptoms of the TCM syndrome decreased (P＜0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), somatostatin (SS), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), and immunoglobulin M (IgM) were increased (P＜0.05), and the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The radical cure rate of Hp in the observation group (83.72%) was higher than that in the control group (60.47%) (P＜0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The Buzhong Yiqi Pills with esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of hemorrhage of the duodenal bulb can help improve the gastrointestinal hormones and immune functions of patients, the symptoms were relieved, and the radical cure rate and therapeutic effect of Hp were improved.
