中西医结合的方法在治疗支气管哮喘的应用价值

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment for bronchial asthma and its application value analysis. Methods A total of 62 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone acetate and aminophylline , while the observation group received Dingchuan Decoction on the basis of the same western medicine treatment as the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors [interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-4 (IL-4), and interleukin-6 (IL-6)] and the effective rate of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma, the method of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment is more effective, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, and improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores, and it is worth using.
