苍附导痰汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果对比

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Thirty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who received treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, with 15 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment (clomiphene citrate tablets), while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Cangfu Daotan Decoction. Afterwards, a comparative analysis was conducted on the treatment differences among all patients. Results The pregnancy and ovulation status of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The levels of testosterone (T) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05) and the level of progesterone (P) was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The quality of life score of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The endometrial thickness and follicle growth and development level of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The intervention of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome patients can fully improve their pregnancy and ovulation conditions, as well as improve their hormone levels and quality of life. The effect is significant and worthy of promotion and application.
