非剥脱点阵激光联合强脉冲光治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果研究

Objective To analyze the specific efficacy of non-ablative fractional laser combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne scars. Methods The research subjects were 60 patients with acne scars who received treatment in our hospital from January 2025 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received intense pulsed light treatment, and the observation group received non-ablative fractional laser treatment after intense pulsed light treatment. The actual efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in scar severity scores between the two groups before and after the first treatment (P＞0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the severity score of scars in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the observation group showed better improvement in skin moisture content, sebum, transdermal water loss (TEWL), melanin index (MI) and erythema index (EI) compared to the control group, with significant differences (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of non-ablative fractional laser and intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of acne scars, effectively reducing the severity of scars in patients and improving skin barrier function.
