皮肤牵张联合负压引流治疗软组织缺损创面的临床探讨

Objective To study the clinical effect of the modified skin stretcher combined with negative pressure wound therapy in the treatment of soft tissue defect wounds of limb trauma. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with soft tissue defect wounds of limb trauma admitted to Chang’ an District Hospital of Xi’ an City from January 2022 to June 2023. According to the random number table method, the control group (n=50) was treated with simple negative pressure wound therapy, while the observation group (n=50) was treated with modified skin stretcher combined with negative pressure wound therapy. The postoperative recovery status, wound condition assessment scale scores, levels of inflammatory and total effective rate of treatment of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The postoperative recovery status of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the treatment, the wound condition assessment scale scores in the observation group were was superior to the control group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of soft tissue defect wounds in limb trauma with modified skin stretcher combined with negative pressure wound therapy can improve the wounds of patients and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
