微创旋切手术与常规手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床效果评价

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotary excision surgery and conventional surgery in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 83 patients with benign breast masses who underwent minimally invasive surgery were enrolled as the observation group, and 110 patients with benign breast masses who underwent open surgery were enrolled as the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed respectively. Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05), and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with benign breast masses, minimally invasive rotary excision surgery is more effective than conventional surgery, which can effectively improve relevant clinical indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, and has important clinical value.
