探析利格列汀联合达格列净对2 型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

Objective To analyze the clinical value of linagliptin combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 88 patients with T2DM admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Dongming County between January 2022 and December 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with linagliptin alone, while the observation group received linagliptin combined with dapagliflozin. The therapeutic effects, incidence of adverse reactions, quality of life, and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment (P＜0.05). The World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-100) score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG), and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Linagliptin combined with dapagliflozin is a safe and effective treatment for type 2 diabetes, which can improve blood glucose control.
