信迪利单抗联合顺铂 + 培美曲塞化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗效果及对免疫功能、肿瘤标志物的影响

Objective To study the treatment effectiveness evaluation of sintilimab combined with cisplatin and pemetrexed chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 82 advanced NSCLC patients treated in our hospital were selected from January 2022 to December 2024, and divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 41 cases in the control group and the observation group respectively. The control group received the chemotherapy regimen of cisplatin and pemetrexed, while the observation group received sintilimab in addition. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after 4 cycles of treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than the effective rate of the control group significantly (P＜0.05). The observation group held the higher levels of immunoglobulin (Ig), complement (C3), T-lymphocyte subsets (CD4+、CD4+/CD8+) than the control group (P＜0.05), while the lower levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC), and CD8+ than the control group after treatment (P＜0.05). Two groups shared no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P＞0.05). Conclusion Sintilimab combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the remission rate of advanced NSCLC, improve immune function, reduce the levels of tumor markers, and not increase adverse reactions.
