穴位贴敷联合中药熏洗双足在小儿支气管肺炎中的研究

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation and washing on the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods From May 2023 to May 2024, a total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia were enrolled. They were randomly divided into an observation group (40 people) and a control group (40 people) using the random number table method. The observation group received conventional western medicine treatment combined with acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation and washing for bipedal treatment, while the control group received only conventional western medicine treatment. Four observation indicators were selected: symptom resolution time, lung function indices, treatment effectiveness rate and adverse reaction rate. The clinical effects of different measures were evaluated. Results After treatment, the observation group had a shorter time for symptom resolution than the control group. Pulmonary function indicators were higher than the control group. The overall clinical treatment efficacy rate of the observation group was 97.50%, significantly higher than the 85.00% in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than the 17.50% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia patients, the combined therapy of application and traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation and washing demonstrates significant efficacy, fewer adverse reactions, and higher safety, which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
