参芪降糖颗粒治疗 2 型糖尿病合并肺结核的效果评估

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule combined with premixed insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with pulmonary tuberculosis of deficiency of both qi and yin, so as to provide a more effective treatment plan for clinical use. Methods 156 patients with qi yin deficiency type T2DM complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table, with 78 patients in each group. Both groups received routine basic treatment measures. On this basis, the control group was treated with pre mixed insulin, while the study group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules combined with premixed insulin. Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results After treatment, the blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Meanwhile, the blood lipid levels in the study group were superior to those in the control group (P＜0.05). In addition, the disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules and premixed insulin has a significant effect on the treatment of qi yin deficiency type T2DM complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. It cannot only effectively control blood glucose and lipid levels, but also shorten the time for symptoms to disappear.
