平消方辅助西医标准化疗对中晚期结直肠癌患者近期疗效及远期预后的影响

Objective To explore the effects of Pingxiao Formula combined with standardized chemotherapy on shorttermefficacy, quality of life, long-term prognosis and adverse reactions of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into a combined treatment group and a chemotherapy alone group according to the treatment plan, with 43 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with Pingxiao Formula on the basis of the conventional chemotherapy regimens (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI), with a treatment cycle of 3 months. The short-term efficacy (assessed by RECIST 1.1) and survival indicators [ progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) ] were compared between the two groups. Results The objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the chemotherapy group (P＜0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the PFS and OS of the combined group were significantly better than those the chemotherapy group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Pingxiao Formula and chemotherapy regimen can improve the short-term efficacy of patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and prolong the survival time, which has good clinical value.
