自动痔疮套扎器联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoid ligator combined with Chinese herbal fumigation sitz bath in treating rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids with concurrent rectal prolapse. Methods 96 patients with rectal prolapse or hemorrhoids with rectal prolapse were treated at Fenggang County People’s Hospital (Guizhou) from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomized into control and observation groups (n=48). The control group received automatic hemorrhoid ligation alone, while the observation group received combined therapy with ligation and herbal fumigation sitz bath. Clinical efficacy, symptom scores, and adverse events were compared. Results The observation group showed significantly higher total effective rate (91.67% vs. 79.17%), Signficanth lower post-treatment symptom scores, and fewer adverse events than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Automatic hemorrhoid ligator combined with Chinese herbal fumigation sitz bath demonstrates significant efficacy in treating rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids with rectal prolapse, effectively improving symptoms with fewer adverse events and good safety profile, warranting clinical promotion.
