知柏地黄汤治疗 2 型糖尿病合并肺结核的影响分析

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with metformin and glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) on blood glucose control and insulin resistance. Methods A total of 162 patients with T2DM and TB admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 81 patients in each group. The control group was treated with metformin combined with glimepiride, while the observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in addition to the control group. Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results After treatment, the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Meanwhile, the blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). In addition, the pancreatic function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction with metformin and glimepiride in the treatment of T2DM complicated with TB can effectively shorten the symptom time, lower blood glucose levels, and improve islet function, which is superior to the combination therapy of western medicine alone.
