全流程智慧晨检闭环运行优化校园传染病早筛早控实效的探究

Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop operation of intelligent morning check in the prevention of campus infectious diseases throughout the entire process. Methods Selected 100 students from general schools under the jurisdiction of the district in November 2023 as the observation group and 100 students from a separate general school as the control group. The control group was given routine school hygiene management, while the observation group was given closed-loop operation management of full process intelligent morning check. The health knowledge score, health attitude score, health behavior score, and infectious disease incidence rate were compared between the two groups of students. Results The health knowledge score, health attitude score, and health behavior score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a closed-loop operation management system for intelligent morning check throughout the entire process can effectively improve students' mastery of health knowledge, correct their health attitudes, regulate their daily health behaviors, and significantly reduce the probability of campus infectious diseases. This management model has achieved outstanding results in the early screening and control of infectious diseases on campus, and has high promotion and application value.
