全程精细化护理对过敏性鼻炎皮下脱敏患者疗效、不良反应及依从性的作用分析

Objective This study aims to explore the effects of whole-process precise nursing on the therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions and compliance of patients with allergic rhinitis undergoing subcutaneous desensitization, with the expectation of providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis patients undergoing subcutaneous desensitization in clinical practice. Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis who underwent subcutaneous desensitization treatment at our hospital from January 20, 2023 to January 20, 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the basic care group and the comprehensive care group by using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The basic group adopted the basic nursing method, while the comprehensive care group adopted the whole-course meticulous nursing. The efficacy, adverse reactions and compliance of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results By analyzing the impact of two different nursing methods on the treatment effectiveness of patients with allergic rhinitis undergoing subcutaneous desensitization, the results showed that the treatment effectiveness rate of the comprehensive nursing group(94.00%) was significantly higher than that of the basic care group(76.00%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The number of cases with mild adverse reactions in the basic group was 8, while the number of cases with severe adverse reactions(laryngeal edema, rapid pulse) was 1. The number of cases with mild adverse reactions in the comprehensive care group was 2, and no severe adverse reactions occurred. The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The compliance rate was good in the basic group with 31 cases, accounting for 62.00%; while the total proportion of patients with poor compliance was 18.00%. In the comprehensive care group, 42 cases had good compliance, accounting for 84.00%; the total proportion of patients with poor compliance was 2.00%. Comparing the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive and meticulous nursing significantly enhances the effectiveness of clinical treatment for patients with subcutaneous desensitization for allergic rhinitis, increases their compliance with treatment, which is worthy of being promoted in clinical diagnosis and treatment processes.
