中药热奄包联合腰椎间盘突出射频治疗对患者疼痛及活动度影响

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress bag assisted lumbar radiofrequency surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH), focusing on its effect on pain relief and lumbar function recovery. Methods A total of 60 LDH patients admitted to Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with lumbar radiofrequency surgery. The control group was given basic treatment combined with routine nursing after surgery, and the observation group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress bag intervention on the basis of the control group. After 1 week of treatment, the pain relief effect, the improvement of lumbar spine activity function, the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the subjective satisfaction of patients were evaluated in the two groups. Results After treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) lumbar scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compresses and lumbar radiofrequency surgery for the treatment of LDH has a remarkable effect. It can alleviate patients' pain and improve their lumbar mobility. The patients' treatment satisfaction is good and it can be widely applied in clinical practice.
