冰硝散中药外用在下肢骨折肿胀消退的临床研究

Objective To analyze the application effect of Bingxiao Powder Traditional Chinese Medicine for external use in the swelling subsidence of lower limb patients. Methods A total of 64 patients who had lower limb fractures and treated in our hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were as research objects. The patients were divided into control group(manitol intravenous drip) and research group(mannitol intravenous drip combined with external application of Bingxiao Powder) with 32 cases in each group by randomized numerical table method. The swelling relief effect, swelling scores, pain scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Similarly, the pain score in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1, 3, and 7 days of treatment(P<0.05). The pain scores of the research group at 1st, 3rd and 7th day of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, 1 month later, the scores of various aspects quality of life in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The external application of Bingxiao Powder demonstrated an ideal effect in relieving swelling in patients with lower-limb fractures. It can promote fracture resolution, effectively reduce the degree of swelling and pain, and improve patients' quality of life, making it worthy of clinical application and broader promotion.
