中药热奄包联合腕踝针在混合痔术后尿潴留患者护理中的应用

Objective To explore the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot package combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture in the nursing care of patients with postoperative urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, providing an effective nursing protocol for preventing and improving postoperative urinary retention. Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the proctology department of a hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected. All patients underwent mixed hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation and were randomly divided into a control group(n=40) and a study group(n=40) using a random number table method. The control group received routine postoperative nursing care, while the study group received additional intervention with a Traditional Chinese Medicine hot package combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention, bladder residual urine volume and urinary smoothness scores were observed in both groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention on postoperative days 1, 3, and 6 was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The bladder residual urine volume on postoperative days 1, 3, and 6 was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The urinary smoothness scores at 6, 12, and 24 hours postoperatively were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of a Traditional Chinese Medicine hot package combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture, in addition to routine postoperative nursing care for mixed hemorrhoid surgery, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, decrease bladder residual urine volume, and improve urinary smoothness, demonstrating significant clinical value in enhancing postoperative urinary function in patients.
