药师处方审核干预在基层医疗机构合理用药中的作用分析

Objective To evaluate the role of pharmacist prescription review intervention in promoting rational medication use in primary medical institutions. Methods A total of 500 prescriptions reviewed through pharmacist intervention in medical institutions from January 2024 to December 2024 were designated as the study group, while another 500 prescriptions processed under the conventional review protocol during the same period(January 2023 to December 2023) served as the control group. The management quality scores of both groups were compared, and the rate of irrational prescriptions was statistically analyzed. Results The management quality scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the rate of irrational prescriptions was significantly lower in the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pharmacist prescription review intervention in primary medical institutions can effectively improve management quality and reduce the rate of irrational prescriptions. This approach is of great significance for promoting rational medication use in primary healthcare settings. Through pharmacist intervention, inappropriate use of medications can be identified and corrected more efficiently, ensuring medication safety and enhancing therapeutic outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended for wider implementation in primary medical institutions.
