盐酸二甲双胍缓释片+阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of the combined treatment regimen of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and acarbose capsules in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2024 to May 2025, a total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were included in the study at Lishan Health Center in Fuquan City. The grouping principle was the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group, including the control group and the observation group. The treatment plans was the control group used acarbose capsules alone and the observation group used metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with acarbose capsules respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the total clinical efficacy data of the control group, that of the observation group was higher(P<0.05). All blood glucose indicators were lower in the observation group than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The islet function indicators of the observation group were all better of the control group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and other lipid indicators were all lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and acarbose capsules has a high clinical efficacy. All indicators have been well improved, with few adverse reactions, good safety, and significant clinical value.
