江门市居民慢性病防控健康素养水平影响因素分析

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of chronic disease prevention health literacy among residents in Jiangmen under the healthy-promoting districts and counties construction. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling survey of 4,322 permanent residents aged 15 to 69 years old. Results The chronic disease prevention health literacy level was 35.09%, influenced by age, education, occupation, and healthy-promoting districts and counties construction. Conclusion Overall health literacy remains low, necessitating enhanced health promotion efforts, particularly for the elderly, less-educated, and rural populations.
