养心通络汤在气虚血瘀型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的效果

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Yangxin Tongluo Decoction intervention on angina pectoris indicators, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, therapeutic efficacy, and adverse drug reactions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome complicated by unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital. Methods Patients diagnosed with CHD of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome complicated by unstable angina pectoris from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Based on a random number table method, 80 patients were divided into two groups: the control group receiving conventional western medicine treatment (enteric-coated aspirin tablets 100 mg, atorvastatin calcium 20 mg, bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg, isosorbide dinitrate 2.5 mg, and sublingual nitroglycerin), and the observation group receiving Yangxin Tongluo Decoction treatment (10 pills each time, three times daily). Each group consisted of 40 patients. The angina pectoris indicators, TCM syndrome scores, clinical therapeutic efficacy, and adverse drug reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the angina pectoris classification and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, significantly higher than the 72.50% in the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%, significantly lower than the 27.50% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with CHD of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis syndrome complicated by unstable angina pectoris, Yangxin Tongluo Decoction can improve angina pectoris indicators and TCM syndrome scores, enhance therapeutic efficacy, and does not additionally increase adverse reactions, making it worthy of promotion and application.
