市属医院高血压药物治疗管理路径标准化建设的成效分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of clinical pharmacists in Beijing municipal hospitals in developing pharmaceutical care through the standardization of hypertension medication therapy management pathway. Methods A total of 193 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a control group (95 cases) and an intervention group (98 cases), and the study period was 3 months. Clinical pharmacists provided standardized pharmaceutical services based on the “pathway” for patients in the intervention group, while patients in the control group received routine clinical management— only patient assessment, information collection, and necessary interventions at the 3rd month. The observation indicators included comprehensive management indicators such as blood pressure, medication adherence, drug therapy-related problems, and lifestyle. Results The baseline characteristics of the two groups were similar (P＞0.05). After three months’ follow-up, the medication compliance, blood pressure and lifestyle of the intervention group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Pharmacy services carried out through the standardization of hypertension medication therapy management pathway within municipal hospitals have effectively improved patients’ blood pressure profiles and increased the rate of compliance and adherence to blood pressure standards
