参芪桂枝四味汤联合西医治疗冠心病合并慢性心衰的效果

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction combined with western medicine standard therapy in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure. Methods In this study, 106 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into combined group and control group using a random number table. The control group was treated with “golden triangle” ( sacubitril valsartan + metoprolol + spironolactone ) routine treatment, and the combined group was treated with Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function, biomarkers, therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant differences in cardiac function parameters and serum biomarker concentrations between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the combined group had lower values of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and treatment effective rate were higher (P＜0.05). The incidence rates of hypotension, hyperkalemia, and bradycardia showed no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shenqi Guizhi Siwei Decoction and the standard “Golden Triangle” regimen effectively improves cardiac function, reduce cardiac load, alleviate clinical symptoms, and achieve difinite therapeutic effect with high safety in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.
