个性化护理干预在急性支气管炎患者中的应用效果

Abstract: Objective To observe and analyze the effect of personalized nursing intervention in patients with acute bronchitis. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with acute bronchitis and admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n＝50 each) using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group received personalized nursing intervention. The pulmonary function indicators and sleep disorder scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients, and the excellent compliance rate with treatment as well as nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed. Results After nursing, pulmonary function indicators improved and stabilized in both groups compared with before, with the research group performing better than the control group. The sleep disorder scores decreased in both groups, with lower scores in the research group. The research group showed a higher excellent compliance rate in medication, diet, behavior, exercise, and respiratory function training, and higher satisfaction with nursing than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementing personalized nursing intervention for patients with acute bronchitis can significantly improve pulmonary function, alleviate sleep disorders, enhance treatment compliance, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care, achieving ideal outcomes.
