双歧杆菌三联活菌联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗非糜烂性反流病的研究

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bifidobacterium triple live bacteria combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease (NERD). Methods 86 patients diagnosed with NERD between March 2022 and March 2024 were enrolled. Participants were randomly assigned into the observation group (n＝43) and the control group (n＝43). Patients in the control group received esomeprazole monotherapy, while the observation group was administered esomeprazole plus bifidobacterium triple live bacteria. The treatment course lasted 8 weeks, followed by a 4-week follow-up period after drug discontinuation. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patient were compared in terms of reflux symptom scores, quality of life, physiological status, serum gastrointestinal hormone levels, and symptom recurrence rates at 4 weeks after drug discontinuation. Results After intervention, the observation group showed better outcomes than the control group in terms of reflux symptom score (9.82±2.46) points, the Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Quality of Life Score (5.13±1.87) points, and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (6.31±1.95) points, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The observation group had better improvements in gastrointestinal hormone levels than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Additionally, the observation group had a higher effective rate (93.02%) and a lower recurrence rate (11.63%) than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Combining bifidobacterium triple live bacteria with esomeprazole significantly alleviates clinical symptoms and improves quality of life in NERD patients. Furthermore, this regimen reduces depressive symptoms and improves gastrointestinal hormone levels to a certain extent
