带状疱疹疫苗接种的护理健康教育方法与实施价值研究

Abstract: Objective To study the methods and implementation value of nursing health education for herpes zoster vaccination. Methods Sixty patients who received the herpes zoster vaccine in the outpatient department of our center from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and the study group, with 30 patients in each group. Results The voluntary vaccination rate of the patients in the study group increased significantly after the implementation of nursing health education (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing health education methods in patients who have received the shingles vaccine can enhance the awareness of shingles among the target vaccination group, encourage voluntary vaccination, improve patient satisfaction with nursing care, and reduce the prevalence of shingles among the target group. This method is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
