社区规范化管理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响

Abstract: Objective To deeply analyze the effect and value of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients accepting standardized community management. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the community service center were selected as the subjects of the study. The study was conducted from January 2021 to December 2024. All patients were grouped according to different management and nursing programs, forming a control group (n=50) and an observation group (n=50). Routine nursing management and standardized community management were used respectively, and the final management effect was systematically evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a decrease in blood glucose index levels and an increase in self-management behavior scores as well as diabetes knowledge mastery scores after the intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion Standardized community management can effectively control patients’ blood glucose levels and improve their self-management behavior and disease awareness, with high practical value.
