肠道清洁图指导个体化肠道准备在结肠镜检查中的效果

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of individualized intestinal preparation regimens guided by intestinal cleansing maps in patients undergoing painless colonoscopy. Methods According to the random number table method, 162 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy from March 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and 79 patients from March 2024 to April 2024 were selected as the conventional group (given a 3L polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder regimen for intestinal cleansing). From May 2024 to June 2024, 83 patients were selected as the study group (using individualized intestinal preparation regimens guided by intestinal cleansing maps), and the medication/diet compliance, oral liquid volume, intestinal preparation quality, fecal water aspiration volume, examination duration, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The medication/diet compliance of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The volume of oral liquid in the study group was less than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale (BBPS) scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). The fecal water aspiration volume of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The examination duration of the research group was shorter than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The individualized intestinal preparation plan based on the intestinal cleansing map can improve patient compliance, reduce the volume of oral liquid, optimize operational efficiency, reduce adverse reactions, and enhance patient satisfaction on the basis of maintaining comparable intestinal cleansing quality to traditional methods. It can be used as an optimized strategy for intestinal preparation before painless colonoscopy.
