荷包缝合法在造口还纳手术中的应用评价

Abstract: Objective To compare the effects of the novel “purse-string” suture method and the traditional “linear” suture method in stoma reversal surgery. Methods Data from 100 patients who underwent stoma reversal surgery in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected. Based on different suture methods, the patients were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group received the novel “purse-string” suture method, while the control group was treated with the traditional “linear” suture method. The operative duration, blood loss, duration of postoperative wound pain, length of hospital stay, wound healing time, scar length, wound infection rate, and incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results No significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of operative duration, blood loss, duration of postoperative wound pain, or length of hospital stay (P＞0.05). The experimental group demonstrated superior wound healing time and scar length compared to the control group. Moreover, the wound infection rate and incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with the differences being statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The novel “purse-string” suture method is a safe, effective, and feasible suture technique for stoma reversal surgery. Compared with the traditional “linear” suture method, it exhibits better performance in accelerating postoperative recovery and reducing complications.
